Further Expansion For DWF

30 May, 2012

Leading business law firm, DWF, has recruited asset finance specialist, Rachael Browning, as an associate into the asset and motor finance division of its banking and finance team, which operates nationally.

Rachael, who is based in Birmingham, will be working with the team to support its clients in the asset, motor and consumer finance sectors as the firm continues to see an increase in the number of complex asset and motor finance instructions it is receiving.

Previously of Shoosmiths, Rachael has worked with a number of well-known asset and motor finance companies and banks, advising on issues from satisfactory quality disputes to undue influence, and fraud to criminal restraint orders. Rachael has extensive experience of dealing with all types of regulated and unregulated finance agreements, attending mediations on these issues and advising lenders on consumer credit.

The recent merger with Buller Jeffries and the recruitment of asset and consumer finance specialist, Joanne Davis, last year, are testament to DWF’s commitment to regional investment in the Midlands, and to ensuring all clients are provided with the best possible advice and support locally as well as nationally.

Joanne said: “These recent developments have taken DWF’s Birmingham offering from strength to strength. We have made a number of appointments to the banking and finance team to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients both in the region and nationally.

“Rachael joins a long line of exciting new hires in the asset and motor finance litigation and dispute resolution teams at DWF. Her experience in the sector will be a great asset at a time where DWF are expanding further into this specialist arena both locally and nationally.”

Rachael added: “DWF is renowned for its sector specialist approach and I look forward to applying my experience in asset finance across its broad client base. The banking and finance team at DWF has a reputation for providing excellent levels of customer service and expertise to clients across the UK and I am excited to be a part of that.”
