Project Brokers, the City-based business intelligence consultancy today announces the appointment of Mark Watts as the company’s first Legal Consultant as it moves to expand its consulting practice into the legal market.

Mark’s most recently offered his expertise to Knoll Ontrack, where his main aim was to provide consultancy that assists clients in the interrogation and management of document intensive cases. This often includes advising on implications of the services associated with disclosure exercises, and scoping multi-regional projects.

Project Brokers is a leading QlikView partner and has a blue-chip financial services client base in London and New York as well as regional offices in South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, and India. With Mr Watt’s experience in the sales of IT solutions to the legal markets, Project Brokers hopes to introduce QlikView technology to senior decision makers in global legal firms to help them get a better understanding of data management within their practice.

Daren Cox, Chief Executive Officer at Project Brokers says:

“Mark demonstrates considerable knowledge of the specific data requirements of the legal industry, which is something we will find essential to the core thrust of our business initiatives within the legal sector. I am confident Mark’s expertise will be central to our next level of growth as Project Brokers move forward into the next stage of our development as a global business.”

Mark Watts, Legal Consultant at Project Brokers says:

“Project Brokers is the world’s largest QlikView Solutions provider and works with some of the largest names in the professional and financial services industries. I look forward to applying my expertise to the challenges Project Brokers faces as it moves into the legal markets. QlikView offers a unique opportunity for law firms to embrace how proprietary data can be used to drive critical business decisions. QlikView’s easy to interpret dashboards provide the end user with the ability to truly understand profitability. By using a series of tools such as Management Dashboards and Matter Management KPI’s, firms can now, for the first time gain a clear understanding of client and matter financials by measuring WIP, AR, Cost of Sale and Client Discount to name a few. QlikView shines a light on areas never before seen, I urge all law firms not to be left in the dark.
