DWF Banking and Finance Expert Joins

Leading business law firm, DWF, has recruited Matthew Brown as an Associate Partner in its Banking and Finance team, based in the firm’s Leeds office.
Matthew Brown will work with financial institutions, corporates, business turnaround experts and other stakeholders to help support and restructure financially challenged companies.
Matthew joins DWF as a lateral hire from Pinsent Masons, and follows a slew of appointments to the Banking and Finance Group, including Joanne Davis as head of consumer and asset based finance in Birmingham, and Deborah Kirtley as a banking and finance partner in the Newcastle office.
