Bond Pearce strengthens its Regulatory practice with senior appointment
National law firm Bond Pearce has appointed Nicky Loadsman joins as a Consultant in its Regulatory team, where she will be leading the regulatory compliance service.
Nicky was previously a partner at Nabarro LLP for six years and most recently a partner at Hill Dickinson LLP. She brings with her a wealth of experience in non-contentious regulatory and strategic issues including product safety, compliance, labelling and packaging issues. Nicky advises on all phases of a product’s life cycle, including research and development, trials and testing, marketing and advertising materials, product launches, as well as product use.
Working with a range of clients from start-up companies to major multi-national corporates, Nicky is highly experienced in devising innovative processes and systems for clients to implement. These include sales and procurement, document retention, and product information strategies.
