Stehlin & Associés – French independent law firm established since 1989 – announces the nomination of four new partners: two partners in the Corporate/M&A department, one in the employment law department and one in the litigation and arbitration department.
The firm includes 30 lawyers among which 13 partners.
Since 1989, the firm has grown steadily with a constant view of always maintaining both the high quality and level of its services to its French and foreign clients and the quality of the relationship between its professionals.

These nominations strengthen the Corporate/M&A department which is headed by Marc Pierre Stehlin and Armelle Maitre.
Svetlana Tokoucheva, 37 y.o., holds a postgraduate certificate in international business law (1999) – Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Svetlana began her career at Stehlin & Associés in 1998.

Cyrille Boillot, 38 y.o., holds a postgraduate certificate in business and economical law – Université de Paris-I Panthéon Sorbonne (1997). Cyrille started his career at Hoche Société d’Avocats and Vivien & Associés before joining Stehlin & Associés in 2007.
Cyrille advises French and international companies in:
– Private Equity
– Joint Venture
This nomination strengthens the employment law department which is headed by Sophie Amar.
Litigation and arbitration
Elise is in charge of the IP activity within the litigation department which is headed by Géraldine
Elise Weisselberg, 36 y.o., holds a postgraduate certificate in intellectual property – Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (1999). Elise joined the litigation department of Stehlin & Associés in 2001.
Elise advises French and international companies in connection with commercial disputes and more particularly with respect to:
– Designs and models
– Domain name
Elise also advises clients on advertising, communication and consumer law matters.
Anne Grenaud, 39 y.o., holds a postgraduate certificate in criminal law – Université Aix-Marseille III (1996) and a postgraduate degree in labor law – Université Paris XIII (2000). Anne began her career at Landwell & Associés in 2000, before joining the employment law department of Stehlin & Associés in 2004.
Anne advises French and international companies in the field of employment law and labour dispute resolution.
