DAC Beachcroft appoints Pariser

Leading law firm DAC Beachcroft has strengthened its real estate team with the appointment of associate, Ben Pariser.


Ben joins the firm’s Bristol office from Clarke Willmott LLP where, over a ten year period, he headed up the public authorities and regeneration team.and also managed its regional real estate team


He has considerable public sector experience advising local authorities, regional development agencies and housing associations. He has worked on a number of high profile projects throughout the South West.


With extensive experience in working with both public and private sector stakeholders, as well as alongside in-house teams, Ben will join DAC Beachcroft’s leading public sector practice providing specialist advice and training.


His remit will also include working closely with major banks and private sector commercial property owners and developers nationwide, with a particular focus on those with operations in the South West.


DAC Beachcroft is continuing to invest in exceptional regional capabilities in the UK, in addition to extending its city and international reach following the merger last November.
