Laura Petrie is the latest addition to the growing oil and gas team in the Aberdeen office of national law firm Bond Pearce. Laura is a solicitor who specialises in oil and gas and brings valuable corporate finance experience, having advised both banks and borrowers on development and equity funding, as well as advising on general corporate matters including acquisitions, investment, MBOs and general corporate governance.
Laura Petrie said: “I’m delighted to join Bond Pearce, its oil and gas team have a wealth of experience, with many of the partners having also worked in-house, which will be fantastic for my progression. I also enjoy the type of oil and gas work they can offer me – primarily project-led work.”
