Commenting on the merger Franco Toffoletto, senior partner of Toffoletto e Soci said: “Our merger represents a counter cyclical move in the employment law market in Italy which, in the last few months, has seen many firms split into smaller groups. We believe that in order to be able to provide our clients with the complete service they now require we need both a nationwide and international presence, in addition to excellent expertise and a highly efficient organization. This is the goal we have been working towards in the last four years and this merger is the natural result.”
Prof. Avv. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo added: “The merger of our firms represents an important change in the Italian market, we have collaborated closely and have shared professional projects, training programmes and innovative organizational structures. We believe that the new firm created from this merger will represent a unique practice in Italy, both for its size and national coverage and internationally, delivering global employment law advice to clients through its alliance with Ius Laboris.
