Legal headhunting firm merges to form global conglomerate

Fletcher Flemming, the specialist private practice and in-house legal headhunting firm, recently announced its forthcoming merger to form the global headhunting conglomerate The Webber Fox Group. The merger will unite headhunting specialist firms Carrington Fox, Fletcher Flemming, and Webber Chase, creating a global leader of Financial and Legal headhunting solutions, driven from their offices of London, New York and Hong Kong.

To complement their expansion plans and willingness to attract the best talent, The Webber Fox Group has already begun implementing an extensive hiring process globally. Their recruitment plans are driven by a commitment to provide the highest quality of service to clients and candidates, and a desire to further expand their business.

The Webber Fox group will provide a specialized and boutique product offering under the four different brands, which are:

  • Fletcher Flemming – Specialist Private Practice and In-House Legal Headhunters
  • Webber Fox – Infrastructure Specialist Headhunters (Quantitative Analytics, Risk, Distribution)
  • Carrington Fox – Global Markets Front Office Specialist Headhunters – Trading, Sales & Prime Broking, Research and Asset Management
  • Webber Chase – Commodity Specialist Headhunters

Their global consortium of offices spreading from North America to Asia, and international gravitas in the global headhunting market, enables The Webber Fox Group to forge the best possible relationships with prospective candidates for their clients’ requirements. Under this merger, clients will also benefit from access to enhanced local expertise and market intelligence.

“Combining our three specialist businesses will allow The Webber Fox Group to continue to deliver the highest standards of service to our clients and candidates around the globe,” said Group Commercial Director Nicholas Wells.

“We will now be able to provide our customers with a broader range of headhunting services, a stronger network of clients and candidates across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions, and an integrated client relationship team to ensure our clients and candidates gain the maximum amount of support possible.”
