Charles Russell advises Meredith Corp. on its strategic investment in iris Nation Worldwide


Charles Russell has advised NYSE-listed Meredith Corp. (the leading media and marketing company serving American women) on its strategic investment in iris Nation Worldwide Limited (an award-winning independent, global creative agency, headquartered in London, that delivers marketing campaigns for clients like Adidas, Sony Ericsson, Sony, Philips and Reckitt Benckiser and which created the official mascots for the London 2012 Olympics).


The investment in iris gives Meredith a global platform to serve its many blue-chip clients, and further enhances its ability to provide customised marketing solutions across multiple channels and markets. In addition to its strengths in advertising, digital, print, public relations and CRM, iris brings expertise in retail/shopper and experiential marketing to Meredith’s growing mix of expertise.
