Freshfields advises on GDR offering by Global Ports Investments PLC
International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Global Ports Investments PLC on its successful GDR offering and listing on the London Stock Exchange. Global Ports, the leading container terminals operator serving Russian cargo flows, remains controlled by the N-Trans Group, one of the largest privately-owned transportation and infrastructure groups in Russia. Other N-Trans related offerings in which the Freshfields team has advised on include initial public and subsequent GDR offerings for Globaltrans, Russia’s largest privately-owned freight rail operator, and an initial public offering for Mostotrest, a Russian infrastructure construction group.
