Every industry relies on the youth of today to form the basis of tomorrow – our future is in the hands of the next generation. Therefore it is vital that the education, motivation and access is There for that generation to be able to access the career of their choice. This is even more essential within the legal world – with spiralling university fees and a perception of class limits – there is a question of how to encourage more young people to follow their vocational path towards a career in law. This month, Louise Andronicou, from London South Bank University, tells Lawyer Monthly about the issues facing the next generation of lawyers, and what educational institutions can, and are, doing to help.
