Legal Ombudsman gives backing to Law Society's new home-buying quality mark

The Legal Ombudsman - the complaints body for the legal profession - has backed the Law Society's home-buying quality standard, the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), which is driving up standards in the home-buying market.
